Use your order number (including the #) to track your order.
We use different companies, depending on the country.

| Spain | We send our orders with Envialia. You can track your order here. Choose the REF# option and add your order number and your zip code |
| Portugal and Balears | We send our orders with Envialia. You can track your order here |
| Canary islands | We use Correos. Write us at hola@wituka.com to get your tracking number |
| Countrys in the UE (except Italy and Switzerland) | Your order is shipped with DHL. You can track your order here |
| Italy | We send orders with TNT. Your tracking number will be sent to your mail once it landed in Italy |
| Rest of the world + Switzerland | We work with the company Spring for orders outside EU. You can track your order here |
*EXPRESS SHIPPING: if you choose express shipping, it is shipped with GLS and you can write to us to get your tracking.
