How To Track Your Order?

Use your order number (including the #) to track your order. We use different companies, depending on the country.

 

  • Spain: We send our orders with Envialia. You can track your order hereChoose the REF# option and add your order number and your zip code
  • Portugal and Balears: Our courier is Envialia. You can track your order here
  • Canary Islands: We use Correos. Write us at hola@wituka.com to get your tracking number.
  • Countries in the EU  (Except Switzerland and Italy): Your order is shipped with DHL. You can track your order here
  • Italy: We send orders with TNT. Your tracking will be sent to you by TNT to your email once you have landed in Italy.
  • Rest of the world +  Switzerland : We work with the company Spring for orders outside the EUYou can track your order here.

 

* EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you chose express shipping, it is shipped with GLS and you can write to us to get your tracking.
