How To Track Your Order?
Use your order number (including the #) to track your order. We use different companies, depending on the country.
- Spain: We send our orders with Envialia. You can track your order here. Choose the REF# option and add your order number and your zip code
- Portugal and Balears: Our courier is Envialia. You can track your order here
- Canary Islands: We use Correos. Write us at hola@wituka.com to get your tracking number.
- Countries in the EU (Except Switzerland and Italy): Your order is shipped with DHL. You can track your order here
- Italy: We send orders with TNT. Your tracking will be sent to you by TNT to your email once you have landed in Italy.
- Rest of the world + Switzerland : We work with the company Spring for orders outside the EU. You can track your order here.
* EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you chose express shipping, it is shipped with GLS and you can write to us to get your tracking.

*We are not responsible for the possible charges requested from the Customs service of each country.
*We cannot guarantee that there will be no delays by courier companies, but we will do everything in our power so that the order arrives in the estimated time.
